Sea Turtle

2 x 2 feet Sea Turtle I've been working on. May come back to this one once it dries, feel like working on something else right now, so finished for the time being.

Viking Genie

Doodled up this idea a while ago in my sketchbook, thought it would look cool painted.

Flying Whales

Got tired of painting from reference photos, so decided to get creative and draw up this idea that was stuck in my cranium. My original drawing was a lot more complicated with too much crap going on. I really like the way this turned out though, was a lot of fun to do.

Elvis Presley

Another black and white portrait of the king of rock and roll. Would love to find this one a home since it's just sitting in the corner in my studio.

Audrey Hepburn

Portrait of Audrey Hepburn, while i was doing this I couldn't stop thinking if she was made fun of because her last name sounds like a symptom. I had planned for it to be all black and white but was quickly convinced to add some colour in the background from a friend.

RatFink

Friend of mine sent me this picture, and asked me to do a large version of it for his shop/garage. This one was way too fun to work on and my buddy loved it.

Marilyn Monroe

Did this piece for a friends girlfriend, never got around to giving it to her though hahaha. This one is hanging in my bathroom, I've actually made a lot of improvements since this piece so the one side of her face really pisses me off.

Rock

Did this piece for my aunt, On a big piece of slate. It was going to go into her garden, not sure if my uncle has put it in there yet. She wanted a daffodil and a dragonfly and absolutely loved it. She rocked and I miss her.

Alien

One of my favourite movies. Named my cat after Sigourney Weaver's character.

Darkside of the Moon

Quite possibly one of the best albums ever written, with one of the most iconic covers. Been thinking of tattooing this on my forearm for awhile now. This ones hanging in my room.

Albert Einstein

Albert painted on Cardboard when I ran out of canvas. Old man was pretty fun to paint. Actually sold this one to a buddy of mine.

27 Club

Started with Jim Morrison, then did Hendrix and Cobain. The only piece I think turned out rather well was Cobain, which I ended up selling to a good friend of mine.

Daft Punk: Random Access Memories

House warming gift for a good friend of mine. This one was a ton of fun.

Still Life

Had this old wine bottle sitting around the studio for a long time, decided to paint it with a glass and some grapes for practice. It was hard to find time to sit down and finish this piece, so the grapes rotted away to nothing, and the drapery everything is sitting on was a lot harder than I could handle at the time. Also there is a spoon.

May the Fourth

Star Wars pieces for May the Fourth back in 2014

Pumpkin FIend

Halloween is coming around again soon, time to get some jack-o-lantern ideas flowing.
Did this misfits tribute a couple years ago.

But Why Is The Rum Gone?

Here is a portrait of Johnny Depp as "Captain" Jack Sparrow I did. I used a large piece of cardboard I cut from the box my TV came in, wanted to paint and had no canvas, I have recently gotten a roll so I will not be using cardboard anytime soon, however I kind of like the way it turned out. It does not look as good as it does in person due to my camera, and my semi epileptic hands while attempting to take these photos. Never the less! Here's Captain Jack. Also I made the frame and stapled the piece to it in order to keep it straight, the layers of paint were curving the cardboard.

A Slice Of Humble Pie served to you by Han Solo.

Just wanted to do a portrait of someone from Star Wars lol, Han Solo was an obvious choice. Started out on a single canvas but it wouldn't fit his entire blaster, so instead of redoing it smaller scale, I just added a second smaller canvas.

Army of Liberation, Gunpoint Indoctrination

A bit of propaganda to start the new year. Started out as a painting of a skull for practice then got the idea to turn it into an Anti-War/Soldier thing.

Movember

In honor of the glorious mustache month that is November, I decided to do a quick painting of Salvador Dali. Kept it monochromatic which was good for practice and stayed true to the reference photo. Some parts I am still not pleased with but it's practice so onto the next one.

Another Bob

Told myself awhile ago, after I finished the painting for my aunt. That I would never paint Marley again. Never say never, I listen to his music all the time while I paint so a tribute, or 3, is warranted.
I left a bunch of it unfinished, for instance some of his hair and shirt I left rough, I liked the way it looked and wanted to move onto another painting.

Just Follow Your Nose

Toucan painting, 2 sittings, might continue to work on it, possibly change the sky and green, after it's all dry.
